ADHD Empowerment:
Mindful Strategies for Executive Function
This 11-week group will teach 28 tangible mindfulness and executive functioning techniques that will help individuals with ADHD better function in their everyday lives.
After completing the group, participants will have learned techniques that will help with time management, effective task completion and organizational skills. This group includes content from the Mindful Awareness Program (MAPs) for ADHD, an evidence-based practice.
