ADHD Empowerment: Mindful Strategies for Executive Function

Available to clients in New York

This 11-week group will teach 28 tangible mindfulness and executive functioning techniques that will help individuals with ADHD better function in their everyday lives. After completing the group, participants will have learned techniques that will help with time management, effective task completion and organizational skills. This group includes content from the Mindful Awareness Program (MAPs) for ADHD, an evidence-based practice.

Building a Healthy Identity: Reducing Shame and Increasing Self Love, the Power of Healthy Cornerstones

This specialized workshop begins by understanding the components of what a fulfilling, meaningful life means to you and identifying your core values. You will learn how to develop a healthy foundation to understand yourself better and seek out experiences that are rooted in and strengthen this foundational work.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group is a pivotal part of DBT that works together with individual therapy to help participants cope with intense emotions & build a life they want to show up for.

This group is a year long commitment that focuses on learning & applying 75 DBT Skills that help people manage stress, increase moments of calm & strengthen interpersonal relationships.
